We are unable to accommodate additional adults during the party or provide additional general admission passes. Admission tickets can be purchased at the Zoo entrances on the day of the party if additional guests wish to walk around while the party takes place.
The birthday child’s parents or parent plus one other adult must remain with the party group at all times. For children ages 3–7, one adult per child guest may stay in the party room. For children ages 8–12, adults will drop off their children at the party room and return at the end of the party.
You are given access to your private room only for the two hours designated for your party. Afterwards, feel free to tour the Zoo on your own.
Our parties are geared for children ages 3–12. In order to schedule a party, the birthday child must be turning at least 3 years old. No exceptions can be made.
Yes! An education animal connected to your party's theme will be brought into the party room for guests to learn about and also touch.
Cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the date of your scheduled party. A $35 administrative fee will be deducted. Sorry—we cannot issue any credits or refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks before the party date.
Yes; however, balloons are not permitted in the Zoo. There are no exceptions.
Our Zoo educator will be waiting for your guests to arrive at the gate. Your group will then be walked to the party room. Latecomers can check in with our admissions gate staff for directions to the party room.
